The school publishes documents by Class, Form-groups, Subjects etc. - you define the groups.

Choose from a range of response options including a form/message, a URL to click or an email reply to the publisher. Responses are logged for easy reference and for export to other systems. See at a glance who has - and who has not - read and/or responded to a publication!
Staff can send publications to all members of a Group or Set or they can create a custom filter - based on any combination of existing Groups, Sets and individuals.

- Various 'levels' of staff accounts with different data access and publishing rights - e.g. some staff may publish directly to parents; others' publications may need to be approved before going live.

- Publications are 'live' - so they may be added or withdrawn instantly, and changes to recipient groupings or filters can be applied with immediate effect. Add a student to a subject group and the group's previous publications can immediately be made available to him/her!
