The SchoolPost 'document merge' system makes it easy to disseminate reports and other personalised documents online. School administrators simply upload a batch of documents, then the system emails parents to let them know that their reports are available. Parents simply click a link in the email and enter their password to securely retrieve the document. The system is designed to take advantage of the immediacy of email coupled with the backup and security of web-based access to the documents themselves.
